Our goal is to maximise the rental potential of your hall while ensuring it remains available for your own events when needed. We will promote your hall through our website, social media platforms, various advertising websites and Google. Additionally, we provide posters and signage to enhance your hall’s visibility. Praetorium makes it a priority to offer on-site viewings to all potential clients conducted by our own staff. We will manage all administrative tasks related to bookings, which include out of hours support, generating invoices, hire agreements, contracts, collecting payments and deposits, resolving deposit issues and providing you monthly statements. We also provide support with maintenance of your property, such as arranging cleaners (if needed) and sourcing contractors for repairs. All of this comes at no cost to you, as we operate by collecting commission solely from bookings.

Having high-quality photography that accurately represents the venue’s size and ambiance is crucial when marketing it to potential hirers. At Praetorium, we have recently adopted the professional, real estate-grade Giraffe360 camera, which captures the venue beautifully. Not only do these fantastic photos catch the eye, but we also create a true-to-scale virtual tour, which we showcase on our website and social media platforms for convenient viewing. Simply leave all the photography, sizing and virtual tour creation to us.
